I need a cheap controller i can buy online IN CANADA.
..
my best bet for you is to search on GOOGLE.COM ![]()
Nanokontrol maybe? Or how about the S2’s? Those dropped in price recently are more than likely the best bang for your buck as you get the controller, interface AND software.
What’s cheap bro? LPD8 is cheap. Bcd3000 is cheap. S4 is cheap if you compare to CDJ2000s
I have a Hercules DJ MK4 and it cost me $250 in total. I’m not a fan of it, but it works until I have a bit more cash on hand. I probably should have waited until I could get the S2 but I got it when the S2 was regular price.
Are you aware most companies these days are willing to post stuff anywhere in the world… even countries as remote as Canada ![]()
hmm Canada eh? is that somewhere in Africa
?
Aaaaahahaha I thought this was a DJ forum not a comedy forum…yeah, we are all eskimos, polarbears and snow here. Shouldn’t tell you guys that the last few days have been 30 degrees (Celsius). Brrrrrrrrr
Too cold in Canada, I hate Djing with my parka and mitts. I’m just happy we’re having our six months of daylight, otherwise my igloo would not have any electricity.
But OP: it you want to avoid shipping buy in person. If you’re in Toronto go look at Moog Audio, they’re the cheapest. Or better yet kijiji.ca or craigslist.org
Long-mquade?
Hey, were aboot in canadia are you from? I’m in NB…try kijiji and amazon, Future shop also has some gear. Long-Mquade can be expensive and the store near me didnt really have lots to offer in controller markets.
I’ve found with long-mquade you can bargin with them. Their pricese aren’t far off something’s tho it’s way our of whack. I know the closet store to me is Regina and they stock little to none dj gear and their midi controllers selection is very poor. I’ve had a mpk mini on back order since February and their expected stock arrival is may for all their stores.
I dislike the lack of controllers would be nice to be able to hands on before you get it and they will not bring something in without a deposit but if you know that’s what you want and don’t want to hands on first it’s ok.
Tl;dr bargin with them usually can get some off just by asking. Usually stating you can order us and after duty still be cheaper will get you some off.
My S4 froze before my Tims did.
Lol that’s funny!!
I buy most of my stuff at Long and McQuade. There prices are not out of whack with other Canadian Shops.
Plus their 6 month 0% financing that happens ever once in while is a good option for a payment plan. Return policy is good too.
Pretty much 30 days no questions asked…
Win.
I have nothing wrong with long mcquade hell replaced a nano pad no problem just wish local store had more shit but I don’t mind pricing.
For the most variety in Toronto I reccoment Moog Audio on Queen St. West. They honestly have a lot controllers, and the guy is reallly nice and he’ll usually cut you a deal.
Wouldn’t mind going into a moog audio and checking it out
Is there anything you’re looking for in particular?
