I need some help here.
When i turn on my ddj sx all the lights turn on but when i try to mix everything works except the mixer lights.
And i cant hear the sound
If I had to guess… your audio configuration is wrong, but I don’t know Serato.
I haven’t touched any of the settings i don’t know what to do.
It might be a hardware problem im going to try some more solutions and see what happens.
Well that might be the issue. You need to configure your audio routing.

The ddj sx is compatible with it.
Its weird i can use the mixer on the sx but i cant hear the sound when i plug my headphones into it. I can only hear the sound off my laptop but not the sx sound card?
You can’t be using the laptops soundcard, and the SX’s sound card at the same time. You have to run speakers out of your SX, and then use the SX soundcard for monitoring. Hope this helps
If you’re using Traktor then make sure you selected the SX sound card. The output routing should be automatic.
