Is Beatport not Loading for Anyone Else?
It would preview any songs I clicked on up until yesterday. Now it won’t load any up top or play them. Tried on my buddy’s Mac also and it wouldn’t work…
Running OSX Lion on a MBP. Haven’t tried on PC.

Damn. It’s not Flash based anymore right? I had an update for Flashplayer on the day it stopped working, thought it may be related.
Big issues last week - couldn’t navigate off homepage - deleted bookmark and reloaded. All good. (PC)

The beta website doesnt always load songs for me aswell.

Hi Gryz, I work for Beatport and happened to see this forum thread. I’m not aware of any Flash related or OSX related issues that should prevent you from previewing audio on the site. If it’s still happening, our Customer Support team (support@beatport.com) can help.

Same is happening to me on my mac and i tried to send a message to support@beatport.com and that didn’t work either it wouldn’t send.please advise.
Hi Starcode9, that’s really strange that the support email didn’t work for you. I would suggest clearing your browser cache and making sure you have the latest Flash player. Playback is working for me at the moment on OSX 10.6 on all the browsers I’ve tried. If you’re still having trouble, send me a PM with your email and I’ll have customer support contact you. It’s also not working for me. I tried to log in with the iphone app an it wasn’t taking my password. I reset it and it still didn’t take it. I uninstalled the app and looked for it in the app store to reinstall it and it’s unavailable. Also, earlier today I purchased some tracks with my MacBook pro and I couldn’t use the Beatport downloader. It also wasn’t recognizing my user name or password. 
We had some issues with the Beatport Downloader and iPhone app yesterday but everything should be back to normal. Unfortunately Apple no longer allows us to offer the iPhone app in iTunes.
Yup! Everything’s fine now.
I also uninstalled it when I was having problems on my iphone. Where can I download the app from again? I don’t see it on the site…
Samewise here, the layout of the site is all messed up. Probably happened also with a latest flash player or firefox update. Strange for something that isn’t flash related anymore? Tried not passing through my bookmark but that doesn’t solve the issue.
If you are, ONCE AGAIN, unlucky enough to live in CANADA, land of stupid copyright overkill retardedness, you will notice that this app is no longer available on the iTunes Canada store, so will not load from Canadian IP addresses either. No doubt because someone dumb thought you could get things licensed outside Canada but not in Canada via the APP, which is of course totally untrue, and Beatport does block and grey out things you can’t license here. SO screw you Apple, and Beatport for not giving a crap, as usual, about Canadian customers trying to use their service and even give them our money. Fix please.
