Is yours straight or angled?

Most headphones comes with straight 3.5mm jack plugs. (and on top of that the adapter).

I was wondering, how many of us really are interested in the straight jack - as opposed to an angled jack.

I am in favor of the angled jack!

mine are all straight, but i would love to have the L ones instead.

My HD-25s have an angled plug, and I hate it. It’s convenient for my MBP and literally nothing else I own. It’s the one thing I don’t love about them…if I ever have to replace the cable, I’ll do what I can to get a straight plug even if I have to solder it together myself…just been too lazy for the last…umm…5 and a half years or so.

I get less cable wear with an L shaped connector. My Sonys came with a straight connector which caused the cable to wear out at the connector end within the 1st year so I trimmed it down and put an L shaped 1 on instead which has lasted way longer.

I wish my HD25-SPs had an angled jack, would stop the plug sticking right out the front of the mixer, just waiting to be bashed to one side…

I like the angled plug on the HD-25s both for the MBP and the Xone. I keep meaning to buy a longer replacement cable, though.

for the MBP the angled connection is absolutely the best.

Is there any mixers or controllers that an angled connection does not go well with?

Girls dig my straight plug, I get compliments about my straight connector all the time. Etc etc etc…
