Juno fail

Juno fail

I bought two tracks (same single) in WAV on Juno Download yesterday. Was really surprised when listened to them. There are short samples (on 2:53) from unknown source on both tracks. You can see it on waveform and spectral displays.

Contacted Juno via web form (no contact e-mail?). No reply till now.
Has anyone encountered the same problem?

you mean a random sound in the middle of the track?

Yep, short samples from different tracks after 2:53.

never had it happen to me… odd…

weird…

What was the tracks’ name and artist?

You can check preview - same thing
I haven’t checked before buying, because I heard track #2 in some mix.

I’ve had an issue once with a track being cut short near the end. I contacted Juno support, who took a few days to get back to me. The response was that they were going to get in touch with the label.
I didn’t ever get a proper version of the track, but I did get a little off my following purchase, not sure whether that was the full amount for the track.
YMMV

Got the answer today:
Hi,

Apologies for the problems with this, A new version will be supplied by the
label.

We have given you a store credit of 3.11 UK Pounds. This will discount from
your next order when you place it on the web site. Please email us if you
would rather have a refund to your card.

We will contact the label and try and get a good copy of this back as soon
as we can (probably 4-5 days).

Thanks,
Btw, Beatport has problem with this release too: one track is fine, second is empty at all => Label fail?
