Kontrol S2 Question: split Traktor / Midi Mode

I just got in my S2 and I was wanting to do a specific type of mapping.

I want to have the effect portion send raw midi data, while the rest of the controller obeys the default Traktor mapping. I want to make the knobs select, enable, and control the parameters of specific effects without the need to press both shift buttons before hand.

Does anyone have an idea how to accomplish this, or is it not possible?

don’t think it’s posible, the midi layer remains inactive while the controller is in HID (default) mode.
