LED light strips the hook up to a dj mixer?

just wondering if there is any kind of LED light strips that can hook up to a dj mixer the become sound activated!

Something like that?

Most dj lights and lasers have a mic on them and process it inside the laser itself. You don’t plug it in for the sound.

For bigger productions you use a dmx controller and control the lights manually (the lighting guy/guys)
