Mixed in Key Export Option to Traktor
Just purchased Mixed in Key 4, I am getting to grips with it currently and searching through all the settings. I saw the option to export the key information to traktor within the songs ‘comment box’.
Tried doing this, and nothing happened! I am using .wav files, could this be the issue?
Any Help Please?
In traktor they show up in my “key” field and in Itunes they show in my comments.
I normally drag and drop from the MIK folder into Itunes and it updates, then I import in Traktor my itunes into my collection.
Another way maybe to drag from the MIK folder into your collection…but for me in Traktor it displays in the Key field.
wav files don’t have ID3 tags, so it has nowhere to write on

ditto, you either need to use mp3, or do wha the likes of danny rampling does and adds the MiK result into the file name

Yes i would choose to “write to comment” tag rather than key as the comment field can be shown on the deck view … kinda like theess, handy 
The key field can be show up there to. I have mine set to write to key field and comments.
