Native Instruments Support Tickets - What is going on?

Hi,

Could anyone shed any light on why NI haven’t got back to me with regards to an S2 I’ve sold (I filled out a form 2 weeks ago). Are they taking longer than this normally nowadays to get back to you?!

I’ve gone by what they have said with regards to posting the right ticket for getting the serial released from my system…'so the new owner can use it!". He’s giving me absolute ear-ache about it, and it’s fair doos really… I want my money off him too!

Feels like some sort of joke after spending tons on their kit over the years

They must have some heavy traffic then. Try calling them if that’s urgent - though they WILL get back to your ticket eventually.

Post on the NI forum and a mod will get round to looking into it soon enough.

You do know there were some major public holidays over the last two weeks, right?
