Need Mastering (Maybe Mixdown?) help

I have a hard progressive house track that I’m sending out, but I feel like it’s missing “something”. I can’t pinpoint it. It might just be a shitty track lol. Basically, this is an already mastered track. Some feedback on anything would be great, though I feel like it’s a mastering thing (first time trying this).

Straight up - I have no love for the sound that comes in at 0.48. I also think that that melody could be made more interesting.

I kind of like the arpeggios, beginning at 1:32.

For real - I think there’s about 45 seconds of good stuff in there!

Hey man, thanks for the feedback. That “sound” (at 0.48) had been a pain in my ass for sometime. I’ll try some things with it and see what I get.

By any chance, did you like the alternate synth at 2.30. I’ve been just thinking about dropping it. I thought I liked it, but I think it’s getting in the way.
