Saw these advertised by Absolute Music when they were first announced. Was thinking I’d see a post on here regarding them pretty soon after, but alas I can’t find one… So I thought I’d open up a thread for discussion.

Has anyone already purchased the new generation of the beloved Rokits? If so, what are your opinions? Worth the upgrade, or just a lot of PR hype that they actually sound any better? I’m glad they’ve now included a bass EQ on the rear of the monitor, and I’m seriously considering selling my current G2’s and upgrading to a pair of these once I get a decent listen myself.

I visited some music store and did test their KRK rokit.
Found it very amazing and clear.
I’m planning to buy 1 speaker(not pair), just to use in my room and not for a studio. hehe.
would it be ok If I put it in my room? just for listening music.
