If you re-install DUO it may ask for the LE “qualifying product” serial first.
Enter the LE serial, activate Traktor then enter the DUO serial and press activate.
do i zap the service center as well?
Er… guess so. Im not familiar with Appzapper or any uninstall app.
Have you tried analysing a track then loading it to see if the waveform appears.
the only reason i said to “zap” any of the application’s remnants is to prevent a reinstall identifying any files / folders from a last install, and possibly using that location for some reason. also, i have having numerous traktor-related files and folders floating around when im trying to locate a directory for any reason.
edit: that goes for other apps, like trainspotter, that rely on the trakor library to update things like artwork, artist names, releases, etc.
@ Gianmarco , there is an Uninstall App made by NI available in the downloads Section.
too late, i zapped it.
i jsut reinstalled it and it seems to be working though!
still testing it in many scenarios though…

what worries me now that i reinstalled it several times before and it still happened, hopefully it is all over now.
this whole ordeal cased me to stop mixing for almost 4 days!:eek:
