Pioneer is moving into the cheap controller category
Looks like Pio is wanting to play in the low end now. The DDJ-WeGO is apparently a $299 controller that will ship with Serato Intro. Looks a little… well I’ll let you guys decide.

We have this cheap copy brand here in SA that they sell in the Cash Crusader and Cash Converters stores here called Dixon.
They have some DJing gear and its the worst I ever seen, until now.
The idea is cool I guess, as its layout is super simple etc, but does it have to look that crap?
Its embarrassing to know that such rubbish gear exists for us DJ’s…DAMN!

I think that’s a nifty little controller and pretty cool use of space and ergonomics.
Real question is what is intended for? Virtual DJ. I see deck c&d and also move grid?

Looks good enough to use if it’s the only thing you can bring. Although pricy for such a little thing.

299 isnt cheap…99 bucks is cheap…
$299 is pretty cheap. I think the Denon controller is a much better buy for $299, but some people will just see the Pioneer name and buy based on that. I can’t slight them either - Pioneer has earned that luxury.

It’s actually pretty small so could be a good controller to map for effects as a supplement to any setup… The jogs have multicoloured leds so could easily let you know what shift you’re in… I still wouldn’t buy it though.

Looks very toy-ish to me. Little amount of controls for 300 bucks I’d be free to say but that’s fine cause it comes with serato.
well it’s got 4 hotcues per deck which (I think) not even the newly announced Aero doesn’t have.
