Purchased S4 Two Days Ago, No Traktor Pro 2 Update Included?

So I finally purchased The Traktor Kontrol S4 two days ago, its been working wonders. On the original box it says that Traktor 2 is included, but when I loaded up the disk it installed the regular Traktor. (?) Searched around online, saw that most people received an email provided with a link to the update. Am I supposed to be waiting on an email?

When I open up Traktor, at the top left it will say “TRAKTOR PRO S4.” I really don’t want to find out that I purchased this two days ago, and will not be able to have the newest software that came out a few days prior my initial purchase. I also tried calling Native Instruments technical support and it wouldn’t connect my call. Any answer/help to the right path would be greatly appreciated.

im guessing you’ve installed the S4 software and registered it online?

I suppose I did, is it not possible to get TP2 now?

You should get an email soon with instructions on how to update.

Check in your spam folder aswel just in case!

What the hell guys, I download the .dmg for the mac and when I try to open it, it says: Traktor201_Mac.dmg not recognized. What should I do?

EDIT: I’ve even tried to mount it in disk utilities, still gives me the same error. :confused:

Have you tried to download it again?. I would maybe leave the computer alone while it’s downloading for fear something may jack with the download and corrupt i since it’s so big.

my fist Traktor201_Mac.dmg download was also broken and I had to re-download. Worked just fine on the second run :slight_smile:
