Replacing DVD drive to a second hard drive

Does anyone have experience with this? I’d like to remove the DVD drive and add a hardrive. Possibly even have the DVD drive in a usb enclosure.

I want to do this to my MacBook Pro as I don’t use the DVD drive that often.
