Resetting the S2/S4?

For some reason I can no longer load, play, or do anything with my Kontrol S2. It seems to start to load a song in deck, but displays the waveforms, no text, and no playback capability.

Any thoughts how to fix or reset this thing?

hi , for reset the originals parameters 1: your s4 must be on and connected
2: in your software, open the preferences , and in the down of the windows clik on " set up wizard" , then follow the few steps and your software is rest to his originals parameters ( and then you s4 mapings too )

you 've got the S2 , but it’s exactly the same for a S2 … :wink:
