s4 issues

ok so when i plug in my s4 with all faders/eq up, on the screen the eq knobs are all to the left. when i put the knobs all the way right they got 12oclock center on screen. i already tried calibrating and no luck. i tried an older version of traktor and same thing. another example is if i have the fader full left its left, when i have it full right it goes center.

tried it on a different mac and i had the same issues. thinking its the unit itself. gonna see if i can try it on another s4 just to make sure. ill try shoot a vid so you guys could understand what im going through

Yeah sonds like a hardware issue. Contact NI to raise a ticket and they’ll get the ball rolling.

i just made a ticket on NI. is that the right way?
