Hi,

Iā€™ve tried this but with no success.

Iā€™ve tried to recalibrate my faulty jog wheel both inside the Traktor application and inside the the controller editor. Iā€™ve restarted my software after each recalibration and Iā€™ve also tried to restore factory defaults.

Iā€™m getting a bit frustrated here, could somebody please help?

If I touch the jog wheel, the music stops playing but I donā€™t get the proper ā€œscratchā€ sound and I am not able to scroll within the track.

When I touch the jog wheel and try to spin it, the track cursor do not move. It seems like Iā€™m unable to get the tempo indicator for that track to go faster than 15-20 BPM (on the other deck it spins up to 600-700 BPM) same with the pitch indicator, even if i spin the jog wheel it wonā€™t get under -80%. The pitch slider for that deck drops all the way as it do on the other deck.

Did you upgrade to the 1.0.1 update through the service center?

I had a little play with the S4ā€¦not impressed at all for the price. Youā€™d expect something a lot more well made than it looking like it was made by Fisher Price Toys. Jogwheels are awful!!

Yes, Iā€™m running S4 ver 1.0.1

By the wayā€¦my post count should read 25,473,692 but the S4 jogwheel flew off and hit the ā€˜delete DJ Techtools accountā€™ button on my pc and i had to start from scratch. :stuck_out_tongue:
