S4 LED issue

S4 LED issue

My issue: Offset/in&out and roll effect led’s do not light up anymore
at the start up the roll effect on both a&b partially light up

although all of those buttons still work just not the LED’s

Now my question is, is it possible for me to replace the LED’s? or Ship it into traktor to get new LED’s?

i have only had the s4 for 1 1/2 weeks

any help will be appreciated

If you bought it brand new, take it back and ask for a replacement. Otherwise, you’ll need to send it to NI for repair. That’s not worth it to try to do that yourself if it’s a new item, at all.

Are you using a custom mapping? The loop length display only works with the standard built-in mapping IIRC.
