S4 right loop controller

S4 + MBP continues to be a dream, but I have one quick issue. The loop control knob on the right deck does not enlarge or lessen the size of the loop when i manipulate it, as the loop control knob on the left does. They both insert a one touch loop when depressed, however. sounds like an easy fix-anyone else have this issue yet?

Have you rebooted your computer, and does it still not work after rebooting?

I have rebooted, so far with no change. I’m going to take a closer look @ the problem tonight. Any input is appreciated.Thanks!

If you are using the NHL traktor mapping, not a midi map you have made, and it has worked fine so far, then I would think it is a hardware problem.
