In this thread we are also announcing the upcoming release of Bento’s highly anticipated review for the SCS.1.d in Fall 2020. Shortly following this will be his review for the SCS.3m which will drop 1 day prior to armageddon.
Big nods from Stanton to controllerism ! <3 those guys.
Theres also a good reasons for the 3d not being reviewed, but we will talk about that later.
I have had sneak peek of the 3M and it looks pretty nifty, id post a pic but i dont think i am allowed to just yet
Yep. That show.
Also you can understand it like: “Will it blend with other devices and mp3dj community.”
It is a free world.
On unrelated note, i found this cute image on flickr: mp3 DJ | Tom Bevan | Flickr
Might be usefull for some blog post.
The Slider EQ. How is this not a feature on every single traditional or midi mixer out there. Ok so I like to scratch and maybe thats why I like it so much. I’m doing a wave scratch through all 6 controls with two tracks playing and it’s freakin dope.
The kill buttons right in the center and next to each other so you can play them like a kill keyboard. Genius.
I know a lot of folks here like to scratch in effects. The slider EQs (which mode over to FX) are gonna be exactly what you’re looking for.
I’ve had a lot of mixers, and this is hands up the best.
That’s MOSTLY accurate. I would maybe make the MASTER button description a little more generic since it’s speaking to a specific mapping, and that’s not the only way you might use it. For instance, it might be a good place to put the pitch fader if you were making a SCS.3m stand alone mapping for Traktor. But yeah…
