Font hard to read.
Yeah - don’t like the font
More readable but with small logos it does not pop out, i.e. make it more fat.
ty i could try that.
Yep prefer that one - I think the font width is fine.
Is that a personal preference to do the font yourself ?
If not, make sure to check out dafont.com, they have billions of thousands of fonts of all styles.
You only have to watch out of the term of use from the author. Most of them allow any use, some will restrain it to personnal use, some may ask for an email and explanaition before allowing you to use it commercialy.. etc.
And if a font REALLY catches your eye but the author doesn’t want you to use it even though you sent him an email etc., well, tbh I doubt you’ll be sued like Samsung. Or if this happens, that would mean you made it in the music industry, thus not really giving a f*** about a font anymore ![]()
I’ve seen a café/bar (big one) in Paris (Vavada Casino ОФИЦИАЛЬНЫЙ САЙТ РАБОЧЕЕ ЗЕРКАЛО 💲БЕЗ ВЕЙДЖЕРА) which had his logo, LED sign etc made with a font you can find on dafont, and I really doubt they asked for any permission, and gave any credit to the author.
It’s up to you, it’s only a font but after all it’s kind of your identity so if I were you I’d be kind with the guy
.
Lots of people on here seem too obsessed with logo’s and the like.
Let your manager sort that out when it matters.
Move to Alberta and change your name to “calgar y”
i prefer to create the fonts myself mainly because it adds a personal touch to my logos
when i signed my record deal i specifically said i wanted to manage all my album artwork and website. i am big on art and just have a hard time letting it go. granted if i was a stadium DJ i would probably have my manager or some company do the design work
I take it back if you’re already doing alright for yourself. There’s people asking about logo’s and dj names seemingly everyday though, as if pretending to be bigtime is more important than just getting on with the music.
Second logo looks better in my opinion.
