I see a couple of posts from people claiming that the key lock distortion bug is still present. That can’t be right! I’m going to give it a go during my lunch break.
Anyone else has their Service Center restarting, self-updating, restarting, self-updating, etc…? Could it be caused by the bandwidth overload? Any other way to update Traktor?
Someone else reported that in the NI forums this week. Probably a good idea to just go run a search over there.
The other way to get updates is to log directly onto NI’s support page where they have the restricted downloads for customers. You use the same credentials to log into that page as you do for the Service Center.
The Tempo Bend message is still worthless. Still can’t map it to a CC, and it’s still a set interval. Only now, at 100% (the default setting) it’s bending the song by 1.5%, and at full (200%) it’s bending it by 3.1%. Note, 100% is the same as the message was before the update - so they wasted half of that slider so users could make the Tempo Bend message MORE worthless than it was before.
No longer a need to double-assign load and sync functions? →
synchro start means that traktor keeps the sync button on, even when loading a new track, in 1.0.2 the sync button went off when loading a track
so its more a combination of “load” and “sync”
Initial thoughts of it is a much more stable experience IMO.
I don’t get a crash log everytime I exit the application and things seem to be working better. I also notice a more deep, rich sound. Color me happy for now…
i already installed it, and it sounds the same, feels the same, but my problem is what the hell is going on with the CUP! I need my classic play/cue & cue/pause (w/o hack)
