While she hasnt been here as long as some users she has a very good understanding of the what it is these forums are all about, what should and shouldnt be posted while also has good knowledge of controllerism and other important topics we cover these forums.
Also i talk with her very frequently over chat which will enable us to work well together in improving the quality of these forums. A womans perspective on things is also very welcome around here and we are very happy to have her.
Yeah with my recent increased responsibilies on the site and the huge influx of traffic that we are getting these mods are very much needed - this current group of mods should be plenty enough for the comming months.
At the same time i have stepped up the responsibilities of the existing mods so they have how power and influence over the boards.
The hope is that i will be able to spend more time doing organisational duties and less time moving/merging posts which will allow us to keep DJTT progressing forward, attracting more traffic, generally improving the quality of the site, taking controllerism to more people than ever and spreading DJTT love to the world
