Xone 4D - Good deal?

Hi, relatively new to this forum but lately I’ve been following more as I’ve been experimenting with different types of set-ups versus the simple all-in-one that I messed around with the past few years. I have the opportunity to have a really low cost (under $400) Xone 4D - wanted to get thoughts? I am actually just thinking of using it as an analog mixer and connecting with K2’s. Seems like the mixer alone is similar to the 92 and thus at this price it’s a really good deal. Am I missing something?

100% … snap it up so long as everything works its the bargain of the century.

I’ve seen 3D’s still going for 700+.

It is very good deal - may be too good - if that’s possible, better check if everything is working correctly before spending your money.

IT is similar to a 92 in some respects, but doesn’t have 4-band EQ… Should still be a good purchase though!

Cool. Thanks for the responses everyone. Glad to know I wasn’t crazy. I’m going to check it out today and likely grab it. Next task to figure out the best way to link with Ableton Live occasionally as an analogy mixer…

Why not use the audio interface?

I don’t think A&H have the drivers for the Sierra/High Sierra yet. Though if necessary I have a macbook air with an older operating system ready to test.

Cool. Got it. The seller claimed he only used it once. Who knows, but it seems to function on Sierra other than some weird mapping in Ableton where controls seem to be spread across decks - wanted to sit around and play more but had to fly out for a business trip. Wish tools in this world fit better in a backpack
