[Front Page] Traktor 2 Released!

Hey guys,

Just letting those of you who don’t look at the front page and who come straight here that the Traktor Pro 2 has been released. Here’s the link to information from the blog:

Err, sorry. I believe the information has been released. The actual product release date is April 1st. I hope that’s not an April fools joke of some weird German kind!

What would be funny if they shipped everyone an empty box that had a piece of paper that said april fools. Although I’m almost positive it’s an US thing.

The pricing isn’t very nice, atleast for the Scratch Pro.

If i still want to go the scratch route i may have to go with the new Duo - will i still have all the effects and mapping capabilities?

Did it go up? With the 50% sale that had been going on I can’t remember what TSP actually sold for in stores.

£170 - OUCH!

I’m fairly certain that TP was around a £90 upgrade from LE.

Thank fook I can still use my Audio 8 …

E2a - ah this is for the ‘full’ software innit, fingers crossed that TSP1 to TSP is a cheapish upgrade option.

The upgrade from LE to TP2 is 129. If you have Traktor 1, 2, 3 or Pro it’s 69. Pretty sure that’s the same as it was.

what about the mapping window? is it still as stupid to map as in TSP1?

this deck channel merging features sounds like the new driver will provide some virtual layer. Meaning, we might be able to use it as Soundflower/JACK/VAC.

Will DJTT do a mapping for the SE is my main concern right now…

So stoked…I could shit myself.

I am as excited if not more…as I was when I ordered my arcade buttons and overlay and got the TSP upgrade!
