those are some of the models im looking at and I knoe blah blah sonys break…when they dont…
I had a pair of sonys and I bent those like a pretzel without them cracking. the problem was the left driver stopped getting enough power and lost a bit of bass.
If you have a larger head I would not get the Shure 750’s. I have them now and they are small! like, I have them set to the largest setting and they juuuust fit. they do sound nice, just a little small.
well then Shure seems the best for you! they are known for their quality products. and the headphones are very sturdy. Seeing that the sony ones are know for breaking, dennon is not the greatest, and im unsure about Audio technica.
If you want a quality pair of headphones, also check out the Allen & Heath Xone XD-53 heaphones. You can find them for about out 179. Amazon.com: Allen & Heath Xone:XD-53 Professional Monitoring Headphones: Musical Instruments
How about spending a bit more and get the aiaiai’s? http://store.djtechtools.com/products/tma-1-headphones
or even bit more and get hd-25. What i have heard is that it’s better to buy top end headphones as others will break and stuff and you end up spending more on few low/mid headphones than buying one expensive.
I did a lot of research on headphones before I bought mine and for the price, everything led to these. They are the sturdiest and the best sounding. Many are made with cheap plastic that break easily, but the plastic on these are good. The headphones with with metal are too expensive.
