kontrol s4 mk3 display screen not working

can anyone help with this? i bought an open box s4 mk3 for $700 on ebay. thought is was a decent deal in that it arrived looking like mint condition. after finially getting new computer and upgrading to traktor 3 i was ready to give it a go. noticed the right display screen is not working properly (its always a backlit white blank screen as pictured). Besides returning for refund, does anyone have any suggestions about how to fix this? Thanks for your time and knowledge.

Never had this issue with mine. Did you check for firmware updates?

Also try other USB ports and different USB cable. If none of that works try to install Traktor on a different computer you have access to.
