kontrol s4 mk3 display screen not working?

can anyone help with this? i bought an open box s4 mk3 for $700 on omegle discord xender thought is was a decent deal in that it arrived looking like mint condition. after finially getting new computer and upgrading to traktor 3 i was ready to give it a go. noticed the right display screen is not working properly (its always a backlit white blank screen as pictured). Besides returning for refund, does anyone have any suggestions about how to fix this? Thanks for your time and knowledge.

Sounds like a hardware issue - since one works and the other doesn’t…

Try different computer you have access to. If the issue can be duplicated than return for the refund. Good luck!

when I first got mine neither screen worked, it just stayed on the “Traktor” “Kontrol S4” black screens, I had to update to the ASIO drivers for the screens to work. Might be worth checking before you send it back…
