Which dj headphones are the best…?
With a budget between $150 / $175…?
no idea how much the sennheiser hd25s are in USD, but I’d recommend them.

I just ordered the TMA-1s after a friend got his and I gotta say, they sound really good to me.
i boought my HDJ500 a week ago, pretty decent to me comparing the price.
Heared great things about the AIAIAI TMA-1s too.
Can recommend Ultrasone DJ-1, Technics headphones, Sony MDR-V700, Ortofon O2.
Will be checking on the Pioneer HDJ-500 next week. Hoping these will be as sweet as I think they will be.

the sp models have wires on both sides.

rpdj1200 are a solid investment if you are going to use them for djing only (not production). I’d stretch a little bit for the hd25

No you can pick up the HDJ 500’s for $99. i heard they also great cans, a tamed down version of the 2000’s. I’m waiting to hear back on these just how good they are.
teh hd25sp has cords on both sides. and is not as good.
the one you posted is just the better version, theres a few names for it tho. i think its the hd25 1 ii

Yes those are Sennheiser’s I’m refering to, not the previous ones. If you shop smart you can get a pair of the HD25 1 ii for around $150.

I got a pair of Pioneer SE-DJ5000’s. They are better than the crappy Skullcandy ones I had. And for a pair that’s just under $100’s isn’t too shabby
After hearing them I bought them, I don’t think you’ll be disappointed. Plus, they’re a little bit more comfortable on my big ass head than the HD-25s which is the main reason I didn’t buy them.
HD-25ii
Sennheiser HD25ii are probably the best headphones. Not too big, not too small, best sound quality there is.
Beside them, A&H Xone XD-53 are also great headphones, little cheaper than hd 25, also bit bigger if you like bigger headphones.
In the end, Sennheiser hd-215 are cheap, but sound quality is as good as on hd-25, just that built quality is bit worse.
just got the aiaiai tma-1 and they are great. plus they look a lot cooler than the Sennheiser’s (which is all that really matters
